Wellbeing Services 1:1 & groups
I offer Zoom conference calls for health and well-being subjects; a wide range of exercise and educational classes, workshops and online holistic wellbeing sessions. I also offer self-development (CPDs) course, classes and workshops to improve mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, as well as building inner strengthen and resilience. Our aim is to help you to help yourself to feel more in charge and connected to your life, and have some fun in the process!

Holistic Wellbeing Coaching
“I first started working with Venetia online over a year ago and I wasn’t in a great place mentally when we first met. She has helped me overcome and come to terms with my difficult past. She has taught me lots of tools to help protect me from my thoughts and overthinking and for general resilience. As I have got stronger, she introduced me to a self-practice meditation and it has been amazing the impact this has had on me and my life. I never thought I would be able to be alone with my thoughts and enjoy the silence. It has been wonderful to feel so at peace and recharged.
I am now volunteering at a Forest school once a week and for the past 9 months have been involved with a research project through Exeter university about mental health. I have been confident enough to deliver a training session with a GP to a GP surgery about my lived experiences with mental health and how it has affected me. It was been so empowering to have finally found my voice after over 30 years of not having one! I never thought I would be able to achieve any of these things but this past year has been a huge journey for me. I didn’t know much about the holistic approach to wellbeing but it was just what I needed, and it has helped me overcome so much and finally find myself again.
Being a member of the 100 Women group project I have been lucky enough to be part of Venetia’s weekly well being discussion group and relaxation session. These help me enormously with my progress as it is so beneficial to discuss with the other members things that we have all been struggling with and Venetia supports us through it. I still love the guided relaxation sessions, being able to totally relax and unwind and reset is just the most amazing feeling and I look forward to it every week.I feel so privileged to have been part of this project and to have been part of this amazing group and to have been given the most amazing opportunities for so much support when I couldn’t access help through the NHS route.
